Terms & Conditions

• Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
• Payment must be completed within 1 working day of receiving the invoice.
• Setup will begin on 06.05.2025. The client must provide the team with timely access to the location as previously agreed.
• The rental period runs until 23rd May 2025, at Hotel Maestral, Montenegro.
• Dismantling is scheduled for the evening of 23rd May or the morning of 24th May 2025.
• The client is responsible for ensuring access for the dismantling team at the agreed time.
• Price includes Rental of LED screen with 2.6 mm pixel pitch, dimensions 1.5 m wide and 3 m in height, transport, assembly, dismantling, and the initial setup of video playback.
• Price doesn’t include on-site technical support during the rental period.
• The client must ensure a suitable power source is available at the installation location.
• The supplier guarantees the equipment will be delivered in working order and without visible damage.
• The client is responsible for the equipment’s integrity and safety during the rental period.
• The agency is not liable for any physical damage, breakage, or electrical failure that occurs during the rental; these risks are assumed by the client.
• In the event of damage caused by the client or event participants, the client agrees to cover the full cost of repairs or replacement on the day of dismantling
• The agency acts solely as an intermediary.
• The final responsibility lies with the service provider.
• The agency will, however, provide full support in communication and assist in resolving any issues between the client and the supplier.
