Hotels and apartments booking

You can make a booking request using the electronic form located on our website in the description of each accommodation facility (“Book” option).

If you cannot choose an accommodation that meets your desires on your own, then you can contact our manager for help. You can send a request to the email address Please describe in detail the main criteria on the basis of which we can make you an offer (dates of stay, preferred place, number of people and their age, as well as additional wishes).

You can also consult with the booking manager by phone, WhatsApp or Viber.

To book hotels and apartments you need to pay a partial or full advance. Information about the amount of the advance is indicated in the description of each property. The amount of the advance is indicated as a percentage and is calculated from the total amount for the stay, including booking services.

By full payment or by making an advance payment, you confirm that you have read all the characteristics and conditions under which the selected accommodation services are offered. After receiving confirmation of payment, we make the final reservation of your chosen accommodation option and send you a booking confirmation (voucher) by e-mail.

You can pay the remaining amount due in one of the following ways:

  • Upon arrival at the accommodation in cash directly to the owner of the object.
  • Upon arrival at the place of accommodation in cash to our representative, who is present at the check-in.
  • By credit card at the office of our agency in Budva.

Bank transfer. We will send you an invoice by e-mail with all the necessary details for the transfer . Bank commissions for transferring funds are borne by you. After making the money transfer, you need to send us a copy of the payment confirmation (payment document) by e-mail.

Payment by bank card. We will send you a special link to a secure web page where you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment. After successful payment of the electronic invoice, you will receive an automatic notification by e-mail. The bank commission for transferring funds is 4%.

All bank card transactions are carried out by one of the world’s largest processing companies «Bankart» ( «Bankart» is a contractor of the bank «NLB Montenegrobanka» (, with which we work. This means that your data will always be securely protected and will not fall into the hands of third parties.

Authorization form (SOF form). If your bank does not allow you to pay via the Internet using a bank card, we can pay through the office POS-terminal. To do this, you need to fill out a special form SOF, allowing us to withdraw an advance payment from your bank card. We undertake to maintain the confidentiality of bank card data and store them in our database for no more than one day from the date of booking. At the end of this period, the card data will be deleted;

  • Western Union

You can change your booking (accommodation unit within the property, booking period, number of people, change of guests). To do this, you need to send an e-mail request and we will change your booking if possible.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must also email us a cancellation request. In case of refusal, the advance payment for accommodation services is not refundable. The exceptions are hotels and apartments, on the pages of which information about free cancellation is indicated.

Tourist tax – is the state tax, which is levied on persons who arrived on the territory of Montenegro for tourism purposes. The amount of the tax is set by the state authorities of Montenegro before the start of the tourist season, its amount is usually around one euro per day per adult. For children under the age of 12, the tourist tax is not charged, for children between the ages of 12 and 18, the payment of the tax is partial. The transfer of the tourist tax to the account of state bodies and the registration of the tourist at the place of residence is carried out by the owners of the accommodation facilities. For the last few years, the rate has been:

  • Adult – 1 euro per day
  • Children from 12 to 18 years old – 0.5 euros per day
  • Children under 12 free of charge

The fine for not paying the tourist tax ranges from 60 euros to 600 euros.

Registration (Check in) in most of our apartments from 13:00 to 21:00.
Please always provide us estimated time of arrival in advance so that we can arrange the details. If you arrive before 13:00, if the room is available, you can check in earlier, if not, you can leave your suitcases while we prepare the room.

If for any reason you are late and arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance.

Check-in in most of our apartments is before 10:00. These times are set so that we have enough time to clean the apartments before the arrival of the next guests. If you have a late flight, please contact us so we can assist you.
