• The Agency provides the Client with high quality and timely Services in accordance with list of services from this Invoice
• Full payment is required to confirm reservation.
• Payment deadline: 07.04.2025
• Setup begins on 10.04.2025 — client must provide team with access to the location in agreed time not later than 14.00.
• Event duration: 10.04.2025 – 20.04.2025 at Hyatt Hotel Montenegro.
• Textile decorations do not provide lighting. Lighting must be arranged separately.
• Prices include rental of equipment and team services at the location, including their arrival, setup, and dismantling.
• Power source for chandeliers must be ensured by the tent and lighting provider at place close to the hanging location.
• ⁠Dismantling time is planned for 21.04.2025. morning and client must ensure team with access to the location in agreed time before tent dismantling.
• The agency is not responsible for damages caused by weather, physical damage or breakage, temperature issues, or electrical failure and these risks are on the client.
• The Client is liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests or third parties engage and must fully compensate for it.
• The agency acts solely as an intermediary; final responsibility lies with the service provider.
• The Client is responsible for any bank fees.
• By paying this invoice, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above.
