Rent a Car
Our website provides car rental through the Localrent.com online booking system, which, on a partnership basis, provides information about car rentals owned by rental companies.
To book, go to the “Rent a car” section and select the dates in the calendar and all available cars for the dates you have chosen will be available to you. To rent a car, you need to choose a car that suits your parameters, get acquainted with all the conditions and cost of additional services and click “Book”
When booking, only an advance payment of 15% of the rental price is payable. The rest is paid upon receipt of the car to the manager of the rental company.
Payment is made online with a credit card. After payment, a voucher will be sent to your email address with a booking confirmation, with the contact details of the rental company.
To cancel, you need to send an email to email@example.com with a confirmation of the car booking (sent when creating and paying for the reservation) and marked “Cancellation”. Refunds are made in the same way and to the same account from which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed separately.
The advance payment is refunded within 14 working days from the moment of submitting the request for refund. Cancellation of a paid reservation does not involve the deduction of any commission, except for the percentage charged by the payment service – 6% of the amount paid. Cancellation of the paid reservation without penalties is possible no later than 7 days (for the categories ‘Luxury’, ‘Cabriolets’ and ‘Crossovers’ 30 days) before the start of the rental. In case of a later cancellation or change of the order, the advance payment made is retained in full as compensation for the failed order.
Changing the booking is possible by abandoning the old reservation and creating a new one on a common basis. Please note that after the cancellation of the reservation, the car immediately enters the general sale and can be booked by any other user.
TPL – insurance of third parties. If the culprit of the accident is not the car renter, but a third party, then all costs are covered by the insurance company of the culprit. If the culprit of the accident is the car renter, or if the culprit left the scene of the accident (for example, after scratching your car in the parking lot), then all costs are borne by the car renter. The insurance does not cover damage to the windshield, tires and car interior. A police accident report is required.
CDW – insurance company covers all expenses for the restoration of the car in case of any accidents that exceed the amount of the deposit (franchise). In case of any accident and damage to the car, the deposit is spent first of all (partial spending is possible), and all expenses exceeding the amount of the deposit are covered by the insurance company. The insurance does not cover damage to the windshield, tires and car interior. A police accident report is required.
SUPERCDW – the insurance company covers all the costs of restoring the car in case of any accident, as well as damage to the windshield, tires and car interior, exceeding the amount of the deposit. You can exclude liability even within the framework of the deposit using the “No deposit” option. A police accident report is required.
Yes, in the advanced search you can select the “No deposit” parameter and so all cars for which you do not need to pay a deposit will be displayed in the search.
