Villa “Happiness” is located in the resort of Dobra Voda and is perfect for a large company. Dobra Voda is a small village, and you can get to the beach from any point in just 10 minutes. The village is surrounded on all sides by nature: olive trees, ancient oaks, and exotic flowers. The air at the Dobra Voda resort is saturated with mountain aromas, essential oils and microparticles of sea water. There are many restaurants and cafes on the waterfront and shops within walking distance.

Villa “Happinessl” consists of 3 floors and has stunning sea views. The villa is located 800 meters from the sea, 7 min. Walking distance is a supermarket, 10-15 minutes – shops, bakery, cafes, restaurants.

The house consists of 3 apartments, each apartment occupies one floor and has its own   entrance. In total, the villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 living rooms and can accommodate up to 11 people. The villa is equipped with all necessary furniture, appliances, air conditioning and wi-fi access.

Ground  floor: living room: 2 sofas, kitchen; bedroom  1: sofa bed; bedroom 2: bunk bed; bathroom and terrace.
First floor: living room: sofa bed, kitchen; bedroom: two single beds; bathroom and terrace.
Second floor: living room: sofa bed and two folding chairs; bedroom: double bed; bathroom and terrace.
