Apartments Lukas is apartments and rooms in a three-storey villa located in a quiet, green area a few steps from the Old Town of Budva and close to the sandy Mogren Beach. Of particular note is the well-groomed green courtyard with a spacious common terrace for guests to relax.
The distance to the nearest beaches (Pizana and Ričardova glava) is 250 m. They, as well as the Old Town, can be reached directly using a small staircase near the villa. The walk will take about 5 minutes. On the way to the sea and in the Old Town itself, there are a large number of cafes and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and several clothing boutiques.
The central market and the post office are 500 m away from the apartments, the bus station is 1.3 km away. At 300 m there is a bus stop where you can take sightseeing buses or local routes to Sveti Stefan, Petrovac and country beaches (Jaz, Trsteno, Ploče). In the off-season, you can use the services of the SPA centre with a swimming pool at the Avala Hotel, located 100 meters from the villa.
All rooms of the Apartments “Luka” are equipped with their own bathroom, balcony (or terrace), air conditioning and cable TV, and have wireless Internet access. Apartments have their own kitchenette, while the rooms come with an electric kettle and tea set. Paid parking is located 100 meters from the villa.
