The distance from the villa to the nearest beach (Slovenska plaža) is 650 m, the terrain is gentle, and half of the way passes through the park area of the hotel. The Old Town and the sandy Mogren Beach are within a leisurely 30-minute walk. Budva’s main bus station is 800 meters from the apartment, and the nearest bus stop is 500 meters away.
