The Morsko Dobro company has announced a tender for leasing beaches in Herceg Novi, as well as for active tourism.

The active tourism beach categories include kite/wind surfing, sports-recreational and adrenaline beaches, as well as diving beaches.

Bids must be submitted by March 7, which is also the scheduled opening date.

Morsko Dobro previously clarified that all interested participants must purchase the tender documentation, which is priced at €100.

Bidders can be domestic or foreign individuals, business entities, legal entities, or entrepreneurs, either independently or as a group of bidders in a joint offer (consortium). All bidders must meet the public tender requirements.

Contracts will be signed for a four-year period, valid until December 31, 2028, provided that the lessee fulfills all contractual obligations and the contract is not unilaterally or mutually terminated.

Morsko Dobro has also published tenders for beaches in Budva (from Jaz to Buljarica), Bar, Ulcinj, Kotor, and Tivat, as well as a special-purpose lease for children’s resort beaches.
