On the wide Cetinje field, framed by picturesque karst mountains, as if in a bizarre sea shell, the main “royal pearl” of Montenegro, the city of Cetinje, lurks. The custodian of historical, cultural and spiritual values, a city-monument and a city-epoch, for more than five hundred years it has been one of the main centers of Orthodoxy on the Balkan Peninsula.

It is in the capital of the Montenegrin rulers, where every stone is saturated with the aroma of time and mystery, that you can discover the true soul of this amazing country and know all the strength and beauty of the Montenegrin people.
Excursion “Montenegro-tour” will introduce you to the main attractions of the historical capital of the country. You will visit the famous Cetinje Monastery, the palace of the last king – Nikola I and many other interesting places, get acquainted with the greatest relics of Orthodox culture and unique examples of architecture and art. You will get a lot of fascinating information and plunge into the unforgettable atmosphere of a city frozen in time.
During the tour, you will have an exciting trip to the memorial of Peter II Petrovich Njegos, where you can see Montenegro from a bird’s eye view, as well as descending the famous serpentine, whose construction is closely related to one love story. Which? Find out for yourself!
You will also visit the home-made “sushara”, where they produce a traditional Montenegrin delicacy – Negush prosciutto – dried-smoked meat according to a special recipe. It is in the Lovcen valleys, covered with spruce and beech groves the combination of mountain and sea air creates excellent conditions for the production of this unique product.
At the end of the journey, you will plunge into the unforgettable atmosphere of the Old Town of Kotor, about the 15th century history of which our professional guide will tell you.
